Breathe in. You made it.

Where the day slows down

Practice

Three doors in

Strong, slow, or still — every class works for a first-timer and still humbles the ten-year practitioner.

Vinyasa class mid-flow

Flow

Breath-led vinyasa. Expect movement, music, and one honest arm balance.

Deep supported stretch in class

Slow & deep

Yin and restorative — long holds, bolsters, and permission to do less.

Seated meditation at dawn

Sit

Guided meditation, twenty minutes, before the city wakes up.

Small on purpose

Twelve mats means your teacher knows your name, your tight left hip, and when to leave you alone in savasana. It will never be more.

  • Every prop provided — mats, bolsters, blankets, and good tea after.
  • Teachers who practice — 500-hour certified, still students themselves.
  • No mirrors — how it feels beats how it looks. House rule.
Sunrise sits

The 6:30 club changes people

Twenty minutes of stillness before email exists. Regulars say it's the most productive thing they don't do all day.
