Kiln & Clay is a working ceramics studio. Every plate, mug, and vessel is thrown by hand, glazed in-house, and fired in the kiln you can see from the shop floor.

Two potters, one apprentice, and a kiln with opinions. We make small batches of functional ware — pieces meant for daily hands, not display cabinets.
Small groups, aprons provided, and everything you make gets fired — even the wobbly ones. Especially the wobbly ones.
Two hours at the wheel, one finished piece, unlimited laughing at your first attempt.
Throwing, trimming, and glazing — finish with a set of four pieces you'll actually use.
The studio to yourselves — up to eight people, wine allowed, clay everywhere.
Fresh work straight from the fire, coffee on the wheel-side table, and the seconds shelf restocked. Doors at nine — the mugs go fast.

"I drink my morning coffee from a mug I threw here, glazed in their blue. It's lopsided and it's my favorite object in the house."
One email a month — new work, next courses, and what survived the firing.
